Hi, so far close to €200 spent on various slots, which behave strangely, I have some screens if the guru's team wants to see as there is 1 casino above 9 rating!

Site is fine but they wont let you withdraw money out easily.
Kyc completed and verified multiple times in chat and still they cancel every withdraw request.
Avoid this if you dont have time to fight with support.

Update:
Its getting more ridiculous.
Chat operators keep telling me to request withdraw all the time like robots.
After withdraw fails they are telling me either technical issues or wrong withdraw method, one even blamed my bank for withdraw failure.
Its 3rd day now without getting my money and im pushing this to guru now.

2nd update:
After 7 days and i got my money.

After making several deposits some failed on the casino side. I forwarded and disclosed all the requested data such as transaction details and information. However, the casino's support insisted on receiving an unredacted FULL statement for the whole month of my account. Of course I don't see that, since this is sensitive and personal data that is not necessary for a solution. There was no alternative solution on the part of the provider, which of course is not true. Accordingly, €160 was simply collected without ever having arrived in my balance. Either I was very unhappy, or something is wrong here.

Slots initially played reasonably well and I ended up with €100+.
