The player from Switzerland had encountered an issue similar to a Russian player's complaint about the same casino. This complaint was regarding the duration for wagering based on a deposit made on December 14th. He reported that he had been unable to wager his bonus due to technical issues and unavailability of certain providers. Despite our attempts to involve the casino representative in the case, the player eventually decided to cancel the bonus and requested a withdrawal. We closed the case upon receiving this update from the player.

First of all can you maybe go in into the complaint section of tis casino and just read the complaint of this russian guy? because I got exactly the same problem.

So there are like about 6 providers you can use on the 225% bonus. (the others are not avaible for wagering)

Playngo and pragmatic dont work cause of technical errors (support also told me that they have technical issues wich is ofcourse a lie - you will understand later!)

All other providers wich are allowed for wagering (about 4 like Netent etc.) are not displaying on the provider section they are nowhere on the site!

The support told me I should use VPN wich I did then ofcourse (I TRIED EVERY COUNTRY). So what is this now?? they are removing all providers you can use for wagering?? + 2 providers witv technical errors.

Its just crazy to me how f****d up this world is. Thats just a new level of scam isn’t it? 😂😂

So now i have time until the 24 of december, then the wagering time is over and my money is gone!


Also, did you read the other complaint about this casino? he had the same issue

The problem is I only have time to wager the bonus until 24. of december so the problem has to get fixxed fast!

And thats exactly their strategy, they wait until the time is gone. They did that many times on other customers. Its the new way of casinos to scam.

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

you can close the complaint. I canceled the bonus and won. I requested withdraw, Lets see If they payout atleast, otherwise I will see you soon 😉
