The player from Australia requested a withdrawal at the end of April. There was a problem with the account number, so he did not receive his payment. After the error was corrected, the player's money were returned to his balance and he requested another withdrawal. The player did not communicate with us further, so we had to reject the complaint.

we made the withdrawal on the 30th of April but have not received the funds yet. according to the casino the withdrawal has been acepted but somehow, they got my customer number instead of my Bank account number. the funds should have been rejected so where is my withdrawal.

we have spoken to the casino, and they said it has been excepted. But we have not received it as yet for some reason the account number was wrong, and it did not bounce back to our account can you ask the casino to explain, I still what my winnings. I have won off them before and received my funds but not this time.
