This is by far the worst experience I've had with an online casino. I was blocked from the site with no notice after trying to withdraw a significant win. After trying to contact them with no response I used this site to open a case which has been ongoing for almost 3 months. They would take close to 2 weeks to respond and barely respond to emails. They falsely stated my documents were out of date and other reasons not true. This casino is extremely unprofessional and I feel I have been SCAMMED!

The casino holds withdrawals for a very long time. I wanted to withdraw €450 and had to wait 7 days. After 7 days I got an email that my payout failed. Apparently something was wrong. I didn't believe it, but requested a withdrawal again and it was approved the same day. Money is now in my account, but for the effort with the support and the waiting time I have to make big cuts. Everything is mediocre at best and the payout is outrageously bad.

The following problem: I won roughly €4800 by making a deposit with the welcome bonus.

On the other hand, you threatened them with bad reviews on askgamblers and casino guru. And our withdrawal rules are in line with those of the entire network.
