The player from Unites Kingdom had her withdrawal requested six weeks ago. Unfortunately, it hasn’t been received yet. The casino failed to respond and we were forced to close this complaint as 'unresolved'.

Been waiting for almost 7 weeks for my withdrawal to be processed, I've emailed several times and they just say be patient and that they have to do the necessary checks. My account has been verified. Their T & C's say, withdrawals should take 24-48 hours and yet when I first e-mailed about this they replied saying withdrawals take 7-21 days. Never answered my question when I pointed out what was stated on their T & C's which I have done on more than one occasion.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Do I understand correctly that your withdrawal has been requested on the 11th of May 2021? Could you please advise if you have accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus? Have you received any payments from this casino in the past?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but a month and a half is really a long time.

Nevertheless, I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Yes that is correct I requested the withdrawal 11th May. I did have a bonus but played through th wagering requirements otherwise it would have allowed me to withdraw. No, this is my first withdrawal with this site.

Since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’, which will influence the casino’s rating in a negative way.

I sincerely hope you won’t come across a problem like this again.
