The player from United Kingdom has requested a withdrawal almost two months ago, unfortunately, it has not been received yet. The complaint was closed as 'unresolved' as the casino has more than 15 cases marked “No Reaction Policy”.
I’m hoping you can help as I’m getting to the end of my tether and am really struggling to comprehend the sheer corruption I’m dealing with.
On the 10th of February I made a withdrawal request for £1009 from casino win. I have still received nothing, 48 days later.
I was told 3 days, then 21 and then lost all communications.
I have tried everyday to speak to live chat but all I get is the same scripted answers every time I try.
Please see attatched a handful of transcripts and emails.
Any advice or help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Do I understand correctly that your withdrawal is still pending inside your account without being processed? Have you been given any explanation of what caused the delay?
It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but two months is an unusually long time.
However, I hope that you will receive your funds eventually. Thank you in advance for your reply.

thanks for the reply, at the moment, it’s still showing the same as it does on the photo, status awaiting.
I made the initial withdraw request which said pending. And then after 2 days it changed to that. Awaiting. Every time I speak to them I get the same copy and paste script of have patience these things take time after it went over the 21 days they promised was the longest it would take. No one has helped me, I just get rude customer service and a feeling that I’ve been scammed with my money stolen.

I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.
Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of CasinoWin.bet to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate. We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members.
