The player from United Kingdom has requested a withdrawal two weeks ago. It has been pending since. The casino failed to respond and we were forced to close this complaint as 'unresolved'. After 2 months, the casino contacted us that they managed to process the withdrawal to the player, which he confirmed and the complaint is now resolved.

I've been waiting for my withdrawal for 2 weeks now .My account is fully verified, when I speak to live chat they say its 7 to 21 days for withdrawals and then cut me off chat when I ask a question. I have all transactions and screen shots.

Do I understand correctly that your withdrawal is still pending inside the account without being processed? Which payment method you have opted for?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it. Hi I took a deposit bonus and played it all out then tried to withdraw 700 but it said 660 but then email conformation said congratulations on your withdrawal of 600 so I'm assuming they took 100 off because I took a bonus with deposit. I withdrew bank transfer and yes its not been processed by the casino its still pending Just seems a long time as waited over 2 weeks. Will keep you updated

Since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’, which will influence the casino’s rating in a negative way.

I sincerely hope you won’t come across a problem like this again.

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
