Hello! Thanks for the quick reply! And yeah the account is fully verified, the withdrawal itself wasn’t that long ago but I’ve read some bad stories on this casino and I’m worried I won’t see my winnings ever, I have also got screenshots of all the withdrawals and the winnings

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

No, none yet, they’re still saying it’s processing they told me it’s 7-21 days but mine could be longer as it’s a big amount
