I found this casino here at Casino Guru and noticed that it is a relatively new casino on the market.
I currently have €3332.58 in pending withdrawals and I have already informed myself in the live chat:
-I was told that the payment would be made within 48 hours and in full (there is a limit of €5000 per week).
-They also said my account was verified and ready to withdraw.
Since the casino is relatively new, I would like to have this complaint open and get the casino guru's assistance in assisting with my payout. At the moment we are already going in 1 and a half days and I still haven't had any information from the casino.

Eu tenho neste momento 3332.58€ em levantamentos pendentes e já me informei no chat ao vivo:
-Foi-me dito que o pagamento seria feito dentro de 48h e na totalidade (tem um limite de 5000€ por semana).
-Também disseram que a minha conta estava verificada e pronta para efetuar levantamentos.
Dado que o casino é relativamente novo, gostaria de ter esta reclamação em aberto e obter a assistência do casino guru a auxiliar o meu pagamento. Neste momento já vamos em 1 dia e meio e ainda não tive qualquer informação da parte do casino.
Que sirva também como uma espécie de feedback para pessoas com interesse em jogar aqui.

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawals approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive them.
