The player from Germany has requested two withdrawals. Unfortunately, payments seem to be delayed. Even if we assumed that the issue has been resolved, without a confirmation from the player, we were forced to reject this complaint.

800€ in total. Both payments must have long been transferred to the bank account according to your own terms and conditions. The casino puts players off with every payout due to technical issues or higher inquiries to the finance department. That is dishonest and shouldn't exist like that. I finally want my money.
Emails are no longer answered. Chats are simply closed by employees.

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawals approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive them.

I am verified and also received money a long time ago. However, the request is now 1 week ago and the terms and conditions of casinoly are broken here. So I don't think it's ok to be kidding the player like that
Edit : the funds were transferred in full after I sent 80 emails to the responsible department from yesterday to today. A confirmation email of the payment was not sent as usual.
I cannot recommend the casino to anyone due to the intentional and disproportionate withdrawal delays
The winnings from the previous complaint were paid out at 50% and were intentionally delayed again and again.
