The player from India had an unwanted bonus added to the account automatically. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I have a account with casino in and from the beginning I never used any bonus money as I know that if I am using bonus than I have to wager it many times.on 13 th august 2021 Friday I transferred all my payments and on that day there is not a single bonus than also casinoin added my money in bonus category and after that I told customer support team many times I have not keep any bonus demand than also u gave me bonus so please remove that bonus category and rest of the money with whatever your service charge plz return it to back but they forcefully gave me bonus. For that I have all the proofs with me which states that I am not eligible for any bonus.
