The player from Australia is experiencing difficulties accessing the website. Previously, the player was struggling to complete very strict account verification. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

Had to go through a very daunting verification process. Would not let me withdraw and gave limited information. Hard to contact. Verification was completed after numerous catch 22s.


I cannot access the website anymore. Would not let me withdraw funds or even the deposit, Total owing 16081 AUD.
