I have deposited over £200 the last couple of month, I had a pending withdrawal on the 15th I believe. But on the 18th I deposited twice and then cancelled the withdrawal and played with that. I ended up winning and withdrew €600.12. I waited the 5 business days for my withdrawal to be accepted but I received an email this morning to say withdrawal Declined. no reason was given in the email. 
i Went and spoke to chat host who informed me that I bet 30% more then my deposit, I explained I didn’t understand what that meant and asked how much I was allowed to bet per spin and also asked if they meant my combined deposits or deposit I made that day (as I made 2) and they just closed the chat. 
im So shocked by this and can’t believe it’s happened. 
i have sent them a complaint asking them to then at least refund all my deposits but I’m still awaiting a response from this. 
what can I do

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I have checked terms and conditions, and this is what I found:

"Betting rules

. We reserve the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings and bonuses for irregular play.

. "Irregular play" includes, inter alia:

Placing total bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the deposit currently in play."

'Fair and safe casinos' are those that meet all criteria for 'fair casinos' and have also implemented measures that prevent players from accidentally doing something against the rules or their own best interests.

'Fair and safe casinos' should therefore prevent players from accidentally breaking the T&Cs, Bonus T&Cs, or doing anything else that might jeopardize the money in their player accounts. Specifically, 'fair and safe casinos' should:

Enforce maximum bet sizes, restricted games and other bonus conditions.

Please, could you confirm for me that you were playing without a bonus? Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hello Leanne.

 

The problem, in this case, is that the casino is using terms and conditions which we consider to be predatory.

 

We already tried to convince the casino to change their T&C's, but they don't want to change them. Because of that, we rank the casino low.  I am very sorry, but all that we can do is to publish your case which will have an impact on rating too.

 

I can only recommend you to choose a different casino.

I am very sorry for the bad news, but with this case, nobody can help you. This casino is working without a license, so there is no legal authority which may help you.

We will publish your complaint. In case that the casino would like to increase the rating, they will need to pay you. But I am afraid that's all that we can do. It's an unlicensed casino with a poor rating.

We would like to ask the Casino Super Wins to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

Since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we are forced to close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.

 

We are very sorry Leanne when the casino is non-responsive there is a little chance for solving a complaint.
