Thank you very much, blazagatic, for the forwarded screenshots. I have checked the general bonus terms and conditions, and this is what I found (here):


"9. Maximum Winnings and Payouts

...

9.4. Once you receive a Deposit Bonus you will be allowed to cash out a maximum of x20 of your deposit. This term also applies if you are playing with a bonus balance and deposited it on your account before your general balance had reached 0."


I would like to emphasize, that according to our Fair Gambling Codex, we consider imposed win limit to be unfair and predatory, only when it’s applied to a real money game, however, we accept bonus T&Cs that restrict the maximum cash out from a bonus play.

If you have deposited €30 when redeeming the bonus then the maximum cashout would be €30 x 20 = €600.

Could you please confirm that you have received these winnings?
