Bad casino. Being able to withdraw your winnings is hell, the regulation provides a thousand quibbles that make it almost impossible to collect. In addition, what is even more serious, due to frequent technical problems, money is CONTINUOUSLY WITHDRAWN from the balance. Obviously you have to realize it, use the customer service (useless) which says you have to contact the competent department which takes 3 or 4 days to arrange the refund. Very serious for a mess. Two days ago they pocketed 112 euros which was refunded to me today and today they took 51 euros that I had won. I'm a shame, they should take their license off.

Ovviamente bisogna accorgersene, ricorrere al servizio clienti (inutile) che dice di doversi rivolgere al dipartimento competente che ci mette 3 o 4 giorni a disporre il rimborso. Gravissimo per un casino. Due giorni fa si sono intascati 112 euro che mi sono stati rimborsati oggi e oggi si sono presi 51 euro che avevo vinto. Sono una vergogna, dovrebbero toglierli la licenza.
