Daniel, a player from United Kingdom, requested a withdrawal from Casino Royal Club. He sent all the required documents, but the casino is unresponsive. Later, he found his account blocked and he didn’t receive any explanation by e-mail nor live chat.

Casino Royal Club have taken lots of money off me to play without hesitation and i have been awaiting a £5000.00 withdrawal. They are now ignoring my emails. i have sent in all correspondence they have asked for via email and this has been going on since the 10/07/19. I have had emails back and forth and now my account has been blocked and can not gain access to discuss on live chat or get a response via emails like i have had in the past.  

Is there anything i can do to try and reclaim my money off this site?

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint through our website. This is clearly an incorrect approach from the casino. Have you checked the spam folder in your e-mail? Sometimes, e-mail services recognize messages from casinos as spam. Please, could you specify a last response from the casino?
