Everyone please be aware this casino will take your money when you go to withdrawal you will not get your money they will just make up some fraudulent reason such as my case, one of my verification documents was supposably fake, so I then uploaded a clearer copy of myself and a government issued identification, and they refused to pay my $700 and confiscated it. Tried doesn't the time to try and resolve it providing ample amount of proof of who I am with no response via email and every time I going to live chat and talk about it they cut me off.

Typical scammers so everyone beware do not deposit money here because they will look for any reason or make-up reasons to confiscate your winnings.

The picture of myself and my identification they would not approve which is absolutely ridiculous.

Hi there, yesterday I got an email from them saying they have now verified my account with the new verification picture I sent them and opened my account again.

So I made another $700 withdrawal via Bitcoin 24 hours ago.

I just went into live chat to ask them how is my withdrawal going. They said it has been approved and sent on their end and it's waiting on my bank for approval.

His the funny thing it's Bitcoin so there is no bank involved which means if it was approved and sent from there and it would have reached my Bitcoin wallet already.

Say during a live chat I mention this, as I know they're obviously lying about having paid the money and are putting it off again for some reason, and as soon as I stated that I instantly got cut off of live chat same come back in 24hrs.

It's obviously a lie about having sent the payment because why would I come back in 24 hours if my Bitcoin would have reached my wallet within an hour, here's a copy of the chat:

If it's process from your end it would have reached my Bitcoin wallet already there is no bank it's crypto wallet to crypto wallet so what's really going on

So could you please follow up with them again, and ask why they have said it's been approved and processed and is waiting on my Banks approval when it's a Bitcoin withdrawal that would be completed after 6 blockchain confirmations ( usually 1 hour ). I believe it has not been sent and it's just been put off and avoided

And in answer to your question above, yes all my other documents where approved before hand, and the new has too now.

But I do not believe the payment has been approved and sent as they claim it has because they advised me that it's waiting approval by my bank for it to clear.

It's a Bitcoin withdrawal not a bank transfer. Bitcoin is pretty much processed and recieved within an hour.

And now they have blocked me from accessing live chat after my last conversation. All I have is the option to send an email In which they have not replied to one of my dozens of emails I have sent them in the past 3 days. They have been 100% unresponsive to all of my emails.

I am struggling to find anything legitimate about this casino...

Giving you another update mate still getting the same crap responses that keep going around in circles, multiple times again the people on chat say we have sent it, it's just waiting on confirmation from my bank lol I tell them it's a Bitcoin withdrawal, and they apologise and tell me it has been sent and processed, they're waiting for it to process on my end ...lol this is beyond the joke now it takes no longer than an hour or two for it to reach my Bitcoin wallet, I have now in total been waiting just about 6 days for this now.
