amok casino stole €30. I made a €30 deposit and the money didn't go to my gaming account, but it did go from my bank account.


I have contacted customer service without any results.


I have asked them to return my money to my bank account because I will never play at their casino again.


When I get my money I will close my account with them.

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate but bear in mind that it's a complicated process that takes one month approximately. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.
