My withdrawal as far as I remember is more than 2.100... my problem is that I have requested an withdrawal November 19 2021 as I remember after I putted a lot of money in it and it happened that I was able to win back my losses and decided to withdraw it and suddenly they were asking me about to verify my account asking me for ID and all my payslip my bank statement for last three months and my proof of address. So after that I got an email that my account has been verified but my withdrawal why still not been givin to me. and they ask me again another proof of address in a pdf documents to verified my which account is I did provide them again and I also got an email that I have been verified again and yet still not been giving my money.. I have proof of email they send me that I been verified twice but the money still not been giving back to me ... It seems like there always comes up with reason and another reason coz recently I made an email to them to reopen my account coz I just wanted to see if my money still there coz after I almost lost all my money to them and I was able to get back my I decided to self exclude so by the way after k made an email to reopen my account I got an email from them that it's yes or a no answer only... So I answer 1 yes;out of 5 question so now thats the another reason they have for me why it's still under review.. I have an email and all from them.. please help me to get my money back thank you in advance and hope to hear from you soon

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Do I understand correctly that your withdrawal is still pending inside your account without being processed or it has been processed but never reached you? Which payment method you have opted for and what was the reason you gave for the self-exclusion?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but almost half a year is a long time indeed.

Hello petronella yes that's correct it's still pending.. but I'm not really sure if they process it but right now I still have no response from them after reaching to them 3 days or two days ago that they said my account has been verified and that the relevant team will contact me by email but yet still not received any email from them... I can show you what conversation I have from them and even an email they sent me and what documents they needed from me... I self exclude my self coz I kinda put so much money in it but first before excluding my self I even put an deposit limit. Please help me and thank you I used visa ending number 6840
