The player from United Kingdom has been experiencing technical issues. Afterwards, he has requested a refund which wasn’t granted. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I realise now from others reviews that this site is one to avoid . My complaint relates to their site which was experiencing technical difficulties and error messages relating to their servers whilst I was playing, making me question the legitimacy and security of it all.
I received constant error messages and the software played out very strangely. I went on chat spoke to an agent who told me the site was experiencing technical issues and the issue will be addressed. I emailed their support address and requested a refund for the time I was playing, as I didn’t feel comfortable that their site was secure. As I expected from this casino I received a reply saying they will not be refunding me.
