We exchanged a few emails with Michal, and it looks like the main problem, in this case, is that he bought a free spin in-game Extra Chilli. Purchasing free spins is a standard feature in this game. The player may purchase extra spins. There is no rule forbidding such action in Casino Joy bonus T&C's and prohibiting such action may significantly drop the game RTP. (Player may buy discounted free spins based on in-game symbols)

I can confirm that the maximum stake allowed when playing with bonus funds is 5EUR. This also included in-game gamble features, which I see that you wagered 10EUR on whilst using bonus funds.
Due to this we have removed the winnings and returned your deposit in full.

If Michal bought one single bonus spin with the value of €10, we believe that this is a violation of casino term 10:
The maximum individual stake allowed when using a bonus (until wagering requirements are met) is:
Slots and Video Slots - $5 per bet.
Any other game - $30 per bet.
Failure to follow this may result in forfeiting any winnings.
But if he bought for his €10 two or more spins, then we believe that this €10 should be divided by the number of spins and if the value is lower then €5, Michal didn't breach casino terms.

a) mention in T&C's that in-game free spin rounds buying is forbidden.
b) add games with bonus buy features to the exclusion game list
c) as far as I know this bonus buy feature is possible to disable, consider this as an option too (not sure if this is working for all the games)
You should choose at least one of these options.
If you bought for €10 the 20 free spins, it means that the value of one spin was €0.5 and therefore you didn't breach casino bonus terms.
