I state that the account was opened at the affiliated casino Playzax Casino on 08/14/2022 which to date seems to have vanished into thin air. Following a suggestion from Radka, I decided to contact Casino Intense directly since it was carrying out payments at the time and on its behalf, thus also managing the activity of this casino (I am attaching the chat of what has just been stated in which the VIP manager Silvio welcomed me to Playzax Casino complete with an image relating to Casino Intense!). The account was opened on 08/14/2022, completely verified and won in the slots €2,988.00 with real money of which €400.00 was paid by Lubomir Bohm's Sterinvest SE on 09/16/2022, this company throughout 2022, it made payments on behalf of both Casino Intense and the affiliate Playzax Casino , operating under counterfeit licenses and an invalid chamber of commerce, as per investigations initiated by the writer. Therefore, after further investigations, it turned out that Playzax Casino is affiliated and connected to Casino Intense (Mother House) through the program called INTENSEAFFILIATES of which I am attaching the official website: www.intenseaffiliates.com. Following the second withdrawal requested on 09/11/2022 of 1,500.00 euros, the account was blocked after several days with the excuse of an internal audit against which I have opened a complaint with you and where the Team has publicly addressed the apologies, promising payment of what is still owed to me, payment to date not yet made.

There are many documented proofs of which I have the originals that testify how Playzax Casino operates under Casino Intense, one of all the screenshot that I am attaching where the same Vip Manager Silvio appears on Playzax Casino with a lot of the name relating to Casino Intense! Furthermore, until 2022 Casino Intense was managed by Sterinvest SE which also carried out the payments and was part of the Sterplay Holding Ltd group (former owner of the casino). Therefore having received the first funds of the first withdrawal attached by this company on behalf of Playzax Casino it is evident that the same was managed by the same company as at the time Tic Tac Toe BV was and is a fictitious company or not actually operating because your registration expired in October 2021 and has never been renewed (I contacted the head of the Curacao Chamber of Commerce directly to verify this circumstance which can be found online: http://www2.curacao-chamber.cw/excerpt .asp ) as well as its related licenses publicly exposed until recently (Antillephone NV and Cyberlock NV as attached) which turn out to be false so much that they have been removed from the various sites linked to Playzax Casino (there are several but the mother one is www.playzax.com) after my complaint to all the local authorities.

Furthermore, Sterinvest SE manages the INTENSEAFFILIATES affiliate program of Casino Intense (https://intenseaffiliates.com) through which Playzax Casino is currently operating illegally (not being able to operate with Tic Tac Toe BV) by exploiting the same platform granted by parent company operating under a regular government sublicense.
I have contacted all licensees in Curacao and this casino is found to be operating under fake licenses. I have reported this circumstance to the GCA, GCB to the Minister of Finance and Minister of Justice. Since it operates on the same platform as the parent company Casino Intense, I believe it is also responsible together with Playzax Casino for the non-payment of the winnings to the undersigned, evidently resulting affiliated with the aforementioned program. Coincidentally after my complaint Casino Intense end 2022 beginning 2023 has changed management and the company that made the payments replaced! In any case, the debts remain regardless of who takes over the management of these casinos, therefore I consider it legitimate to ask Casino Intense (parent company) to provide for the shortfall generated by its affiliate Playzax Casino operating on the same platform. Since the Playzax Casino Team has publicly announced that it would proceed with the payment, having failed to comply with the promises, I ask that Casino Intense intervene, as owner of the affiliate program which Playzax Casino has already joined for some time, immediately providing for the payment of how much still owed by the writer.

I contacted Gaming Curacao (GC) detailing what happened. They try to protect this scam casino despite having all documented evidence. They even question what they found on Google relating to the site www.playzax.com/en/contact/ which was operational until a few days ago. I have sent you this documentation to your email.
I wrote again in response to Gaming Curacao but they turn a deaf ear. I have a balance of approximately 2,600.00 euros in the gaming account opened at Playzax Casino which they do not want to liquidate despite their promises made in the complaint which is still pending. GC says that Pennytech Holding BV has nothing to do with the site that until recently was operational i.e. www.playzax-games.com/en/contact/ but the facts speak for themselves:

I also add to verify as I personally did that Sterinvest SE (Czech Republic) was behind all these casinos and was making payments on their behalf through the Intensive Affiliates program. Tic Tac Toe BV is registered with the Chamber of Commerce but has been inactive since 2021 and cannot and could not operate and therefore manage any online casino, whoever managed Playzax Casino under cover of this company was precisely Sterinvest SE (I have all preserved documentation). In the last period before the closure this company handed over the management to Pennytech Holding BV and the relative site of this casino automatically redirected to a new casino called Atlantis Slots.

Such casinos are usually in the same affiliate program and share some resources, for example, support.
We can't randomly penalize the casinos you chose based on the same support/ affiliate program or company.
Check, for example, Direx N.V. casinos or Aspire Global casinos. These casinos share the license and support; however, most operate under entirely different management.
So the conclusion for this case is:

The point is that there is a clear scam behind it! Payments of Casino Intense and Playzax Casino were regularly made by the company STERINVEST SE which happened to manage and manages the affiliate program of Casino Intense called INTENSIVE AFFILIATES ! STERINVEST SE sold the Playzax Casino to PENNYTECH HOLDING BV in 2023, which then subsequently closed its doors in February 2023, without liquidating the active gaming accounts! These liabilities remain with the transfer of ownership and therefore to date PENNYTECH HOLDING BV which effectively succeeded STERINVEST SE behind the cover of TIC TAC TOE BV owes me the aforementioned sum. I don't understand how you insist on defending such scam casinos that operate under seemingly different companies, since the attempt to withhold winnings is obvious and the masterminds behind it are always the same!

there is a lot of evidence that testifies to the fact that STERINVEST SE managed all these casinos with apparently different properties, one of these is the original document found in the court of the Czech Republic with interesting news about CARAMBOLA SRO which initially managed Playzax Casino, then passed into the hands of the aforementioned company which then handed over the management to PENNYTECH HOLDING BV, definitively closing its doors in February 2023 (as evidenced by the document found on the service provider Namecheap through the online Whois service) . When I wrote directly to the head of the Chamber of Commerce of Curacao he confirmed me via email that TIC TAC TOE BV had not yet renewed its membership as there was no administrator and therefore could not operate yet but that the group (Carambola sro evidently ) was not bankrupt! Subsequently, this group was sold with a private agreement by LUBOMIRA BOHMA to a certain 81-year-old lady: HANAN HECTOR STILMAN . Basically, the owner of the group who resides in another country (if I'm not mistaken in Cyprus) has decided to completely transfer the group to remove responsibility for the various illegal actions evidently committed with these casinos, with the clear intention of keeping the money in the accounts games closed with an active balance, subsequently declaring bankruptcy (the system of Chinese boxes to be clear). As far as Casino Intense is concerned, the company appears to be TINITIECH HOLDING BV but on the Italian site there is an indication of another CazinoStars casino which happens to be managed by PENNYTECH HOLDING BV instead! So there is a close relationship between the two companies and evidently behind all these casinos there is a single management that plays with these companies in order to make the money disappear from the credit balance accounts of the unsuspecting and honest players!
I did a further check and tried to register on Atlantis Slots for the first time : my mobile already exists in their archives. This is further proof that Playzax Casino was until recently managed by the same company that today manages Atlantis Slots i.e. PENNYTECH HOLDING BV.
