The player from New Zealand had his winnings cancelled to a rule forbidding a redemption of multiple consecutive Free Bonuses. After a closer examination, we ended up rejecting this complaint as unjustified.

I have been getting daily spins with a couple of promotions which I have claimed. 20fs each day at Brango and extreme, they also give out weekend fs which I didnt get last week as I hadnt deposited that week. However the 20fs daily (superbowl month thing) still arrives and I have made playthrough and requested a payout, Extreme has voided my winnings and advised I have had too many in a row.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I have checked general bonus terms and conditions, and this is what I found:


"BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS

The Casino offers bonuses as an incentive for real gamblers. The bonuses are not intended to give away free money to players classified as "bonus hunters" or "bonus abusers". The Casino management will review all player accounts and classify them at their discretion. Once a Player is classified as a "bonus hunter" or "bonus abuser", all winnings and bonuses will be void. All decisions made by the management are final and irreversible. The Casino encourages Players to participate in promotions, but to refrain from abusing them. If a Player is found to have a record of promotional abuse or fraud (charge-backs) at our Casino or any other casino or affiliate merchant, the Player's Account will have their winnings and promotions removed. Bonus hunters are players that use more than 5 non-deposit bonuses without ever making a deposit in the Casino. Bonus abusers are players that do not respect the Casino's Bonuses and Promotions Terms and Conditions, as well as take unfair advantage of any promotion."

Yes I have claimed bonuses and deposited had a withdrawal etc. However the issue has been at what point did they decide enough Was enough they send 20fs to you every day once youve deposited in that month. I forwarded some documents to Tomas, I willfwd them to you Radka

Both brango and extreme have now blocked me although brango tooķ a deposit 1 hour beforehand and are not responding.
