The player from New Zealand is experiencing difficulties withdrawing her funds due to limited availability of payment methods. Player’s complaint has been resolved successfully.
I played no deposit free spins at Adrenaline casino under australian dollars and got through the wagering requirements of 40 x. I had email contact, and subsequently live chat contact as only neteller was available on the site for me to withdraw from which was never actually resolved. In the interim, email advised I needed to make a verification deposit to withdraw which I accepted, but upon talking to chat a little later about the neteller issue they said that that had been deemed not necessary anymore but I had to get my account up to $50 before I could withdraw. So I did.
When going back to chat, again about neteller being the only withdrawal option available ($75 minimum withdrawal) chat suddenly apologised and advised I could only withdraw in bitcoin. This site doesn't convert from $ to btc so my $50 is now, strangely wholly unwithdrawable. Upon contacting email support again for options as suggested by chat, they reiterated that bitcoin was my only option, and again said I had to make a verification deposit.
I have no issue with making a verification deposit, but whether I do or not the $50 is unwithdrable because it's not btc.
This condition is not in the bonus terms of course. The bonus terms say $20 min withdrawal, $50 max. Adrenaline just doesn't want to pay and seem to be constructing rules as they go along to avoid having to do so.
Dear vickiu,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your withdrawal issue.
Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessarily, that it will be offered for withdrawals too, also it can be discontinued at any time. Unfortunately, casinos are sometimes powerless and limited in offering payment methods to their customers.
Could you please advise if you have been informed about any alternative method to withdraw your winnings, other than the Bitcoin e-wallet? Was your account verified successfully already?
I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.
Best regards,
Petronela
Hi Petronela. I absolutely accept that but it's not what happened here. Their terms and conditions, faqs, deposit and withdrawal page offer lots of options for depositing and withdrawing. Well maybe not lots but Skrill, neteller and bitcoin with a $20 minimum for e-wallets. When playing the free spins I had 3 choices of currency, Australian dollars, pounds or btc. I chose Australian dollars as it's the closest to me as I'm a New Zealander.
Played, wagered and luckily hit the new apparent minimum withdrawal of $50. Then suddenly, btc is the only option to withdraw according to support, so playing in pounds or dollars then amounts to being unwithdrawable as they don't convert fiat to btc on their site. As I said, I have a btc account, would be happy to withdraw in btc but this site won't convert so I can't withdraw the fiat nor convert it to btc which they now say is my only method of withdrawal.
It's only $50 from a no deposit bonus so I haven't paid anything so it is no major loss. However I spent 4 hours faithfully going through the wagering requirements and they have shifted the rules since I did so so as to not pay out and I think that's incredibly shifty.
I incidentally sent all my documents in a couple of days before to be fully verified as I liked their site, but not their reviews really so wanted to be safe before I bothered playing. All documents were accepted so yes, fully verified.
I really appreciate your quick response and happy to forward the email trail I've had with Adrenaline. Unfortunately no chat transcripts, but even if I had I'm not sure it would add anything except for indicate their mixed messages.
Thanks heaps!
Regards, Vicki.

Got to $50 and could only see neteller on my withdrawal options so went back to chat and them then saying I could only withdraw via btc.

Hi Casino Guru, I also complained to Curacao egaming and they have just now sent a direct email to Adrenaline asking them to resolve the matter. I didn't actually expect them to even acknowledge my email so am hopeful.
Hi Casino Guru. Thanks so much for your help but after getting me to jump through quite a few hoops and with a bit of pressure from Curacao Adrenaline has just paid.
