I registered; at no point did it mention any restrictions for players from Mexico. I played my welcome bonus, met the rollover requirements, and exceeded the minimum amount. I decided to withdraw my winnings, but my attempts kept bouncing back to my account until I contacted support. Suddenly, they deleted my balance and told me that players from my country don't qualify for withdrawals. I sent emails to numerous support representatives. Don't play at this casino; they're online thieves.

I’ve recently started playing at Casino Adrenaline and so far my experience has been quite positive, even though I am still relatively new there.
What I liked first was the interface which is modern, clean and easy to navigate. Everything loads quickly and I did not have any issues finding games or moving around the site. Compared to some other casinos I’ve tried, it just feels smoother and the games load much faster overall.
The game selection is also very good. There’s a large variety of slot machines from different providers, plus live casino, card games and other options like Plinko, bingo, etc. I also like the tournaments they run, they add a bit of extra motivation to play and make things more interesting.
One thing I would personally welcome in the future is sports betting (even just e-sports) or maybe some lottery-style games. It’s not a big issue, but it would make the platform feel more complete.
I haven’t completed a withdrawal yet, mostly because there wasn’t much to withdraw as I didn’t have much luck so far 😄, but I’m currently going through the verification process and everything seems standard at this stage.
Bonuses are quite good, but I did notice one thing that might not be obvious at first. After you finish wagering, the bonus balance itself is removed. The first time it happened it was a bit unexpected (I thought it might be a glitch), but after asking it seems to be clearly stated in the terms, so it’s something to be aware of if you’re used to other systems. On the positive side, they also offer simpler bonuses with low wagering, which I personally prefer rather than 40–60x wagering like at some other casinos.
Overall, I’d say it’s a good designed casino with a strong game selection and a good overall feel. It’s probably too early for a final verdict, but after a long time it feels like a reasonably good casino with a solid first impression from my side.

I have had an account here for quite some time though I never have deposited. I mostly play at RTG gaming casinos but was looking for a change. I thought I would give them a try seeing how I already had an account registered with them.
After logging in and researching what I needed to do to be verified. I uploaded all the required documents on site except for the verification of my phone number because I couldn't find a plus 1 for the USA.
So I contacted support through chat. Was given an email address to email said documents in I also wanted to update my email address from the one that I had registered with. So to play it safe I went back and deleted all the documents I uploaded on site and instead uploaded them and emailed them to the support address I was given and as instructed.
After getting all my documents uploaded and sent I get a reply email saying that my registered email was not in their system and that there was no such account in their system. Im thinking are you kidding me. I just got done logging in with said email. Went back logged in again with said email opened a chat session with a differant support person than the one who instructed me to email my documents in. After explaining what happened ,i was told by this chat agent that said email was not their system and that no such account existed.Give me a freaking break how the hell did I just log in with it if there's no such email registered in your system. The support agent just closed the chat session on me without explanation.
By this time I'm really concerned cuz I just sent in all of my documents photo front and back of my debit card my ID my most recent power and water bill.. so I logged in one last time went to my account which was listed with said email address my name everything all my information on there screenshot it went to chat uploaded and sent it to them. Said what's this if no account exist. Said that I no longer wanted to patronize their casino and closed the chat window with no further due.
I then uploaded screenshot and sent an email to the support address that first replied no such account existed after after getting all my documents I stressed my concern over the safety of the documents that I sent and that I would be watching closely and I would be documenting my experience in the surveys that I am now beginning to write

Better game selection than almost any other US-accepting casino I've discovered for slots. Lots of great options and fast enough with payouts, despite the strict limits. Really like the weekly tournaments as well.

I will not be back. They have lots of games and different providers (the reason 1 of my stars).
I received an email bonus but couldn't enter it into their cashier. Live chat helped me do that. (reason for 2nd star in rating).
Every game and your balance is displayed in crypto. Except some games use a different crypto and I still haven't figured out what that was. I blew a ton of money in that because I didn't know what I was spending. I had up conversion tables in separate windows to try and keep up, but that was a fulltime job.
I only hit a few times and that was for tiny amounts. Some providers weren't included in my bonus.
Unless you're a crypto genius, do not play here. They count on the fact that while using different crypto amounts, you'll make a mistake in your betting.

The Casino has a lot of good games. I dont use their bonuses that much because they’re sticky bonuses. I did get free spins this weekend for depositing during the week which was cool. What I liked first was the interface which is modern, clean and easy to navigate. Everything loads quickly and I did not have any issues finding games or moving around the site. Compared to some other casinos I’ve tried, it just feels smoother and the games load much faster overall.
The game selection is also very good. There’s a large variety of slot machines from different providers, plus live casino, card games and other options like Plinko, bingo, etc. I also like the tournaments they run, they add a bit of extra motivation to play and make things more interesting.
One thing I would personally welcome in the future is sports betting (even just e-sports) or maybe some lottery-style games. It’s not a big issue, but it would make the platform feel more complete.
I haven’t completed a withdrawal yet, mostly because there wasn’t much to withdraw as I didn’t have much luck so far 😄, but I’m currently going through the verification process and everything seems standard at this stage.
Bonuses are quite good, but I did notice one thing that might not be obvious at first. After you finish wagering, the bonus balance itself is removed. The first time it happened it was a bit unexpected (I thought it might be a glitch), but after asking it seems to be clearly stated in the terms, so it’s something to be aware of if you’re used to other systems. On the positive side, they also offer simpler bonuses with low wagering, which I personally prefer rather than 40–60x wagering like at some other casinos.
Overall, I’d say it’s a good designed casino with a strong game selection and a good overall feel. It’s probably too early for a final verdict, but after a long time it feels like a reasonably good casino with a solid first impression from my side.

there is no problem with them taking your money the problem is they are shady in their paying out and also sening emails and not honoring the promotion like they just want to lure you in and get you to give them money so they can slowly break you down so they dont have to pay you . as the other guy said in his report about bonuses or paying out, when i played as soon as my playthrough was done they removed my bonus money and just left me with what money i had left it should have been mine to play with until i was able to cash out and then deduct. it not right in the nmidle of a game and im almost blind to it and just happened to glance and the money wasnt there anymoire. this place has been shady a long time and they will never change they are after one thing and that is our money they dont care

I have had an account here for quite some time though I never have deposited. I mostly play at RTG gaming casinos but was looking for a change. I thought I would give them a try seeing how I already had an account registered with them.
After logging in and researching what I needed to do to be verified. I uploaded all the required documents on site except for the verification of my phone number because I couldn't find a plus 1 for the USA.
So I contacted support through chat. Was given an email address to email said documents in I also wanted to update my email address from the one that I had registered with. So to play it safe I went back and deleted all the documents I uploaded on site and instead uploaded them and emailed them to the support address I was given and as instructed.
After getting all my documents uploaded and sent I get a reply email saying that my registered email was not in their system and that there was no such account in their system. Im thinking are you kidding me. I just got done logging in with said email. Went back logged in again with said email opened a chat session with a differant support person than the one who instructed me to email my documents in. After explaining what happened ,i was told by this chat agent that said email was not their system and that no such account existed.Give me a freaking break how the hell did I just log in with it if there's no such email registered in your system. The support agent just closed the chat session on me without explanation.
By this time I'm really concerned cuz I just sent in all of my documents photo front and back of my debit card my ID my most recent power and water bill.. so I logged in one last time went to my account which was listed with said email address my name everything all my information on there screenshot it went to chat uploaded and sent it to them. Said what's this if no account exist. Said that I no longer wanted to patronize their casino and closed the chat window with no further due.
I then uploaded screenshot and sent an email to the support address that first replied no such account existed after after getting all my documents I stressed my concern over the safety of the documents that I sent and that I would be watching closely and I would be documenting my experience in the surveys that I am now beginning to write
It looks to me like all they was interested in was getting my documents and then tell me there was no such account despite proving them wrong. Be warned this place is shady as hell and I regret even thinking about depositing there now let alone send my documents in ..

I've had a pretty great experience here so far. Better than average RTP over the course of a few weeks and a couple of good withdrawals that were processed super fast without any issues. Better game selection than almost any other US-accepting casino I've discovered for slots. Lots of great options and fast enough with payouts, despite the strict limits. Really like the weekly tournaments as well.
Above all, they have by far the best player controls for responsible gambling of any site out there with the ability to set weekly, daily, session, and wagering limits. This more than makes up for the withdrawal limits IMO.

I will not be back. They have lots of games and different providers (the reason 1 of my stars).
I received an email bonus but couldn't enter it into their cashier. Live chat helped me do that. (reason for 2nd star in rating).
Every game and your balance is displayed in crypto. Except some games use a different crypto and I still haven't figured out what that was. I blew a ton of money in that because I didn't know what I was spending. I had up conversion tables in separate windows to try and keep up, but that was a fulltime job.
I only hit a few times and that was for tiny amounts. Some providers weren't included in my bonus.
Unless you're a crypto genius, do not play here. They count on the fact that while using different crypto amounts, you'll make a mistake in your betting.

They will not pay you. Although I have learned a very valuable lesson dealing with these people. Never ever deposit money and play at a casino that doesn't allow you to see a history of your game play or account balance. They will change it at will. If you choose to play at this dumpster of a site, make sure you screen shot everything. And DO NOT use any of the "bonuses". Just play somewhere else.

Bait and switch advertising of promos. Payout was decently quick but you have to do multiple steps to claims bonuses they email you even though they are giving you something and "treating you" to something. The Casino has a lot of good games. I dont use their bonuses that much because they’re sticky bonuses. I did get free spins this weekend for depositing during the week which was cool. I had one interaction with customer support. Didn’t care for how he answered but he wasn’t too bad. All in all seems like a great casino.
