I submitted a withdrawal request over 10 days ago, and I still haven't received a solution. I've sent an average of 15 emails and contacted them via chat, but they only give me the same response: there are delays. However, they offer me the option to play with that money or present me with offers. I believe they never actually pay and instead try to discourage you from withdrawing by delaying the process and ignoring their terms.
