I did a deposit of 200€ on 28.08.24 and since then i cannot place any bets or play the casino. I cant withdrawal my money because I have to wager it first! The Support isnt answering and the livechat just gives standard answers . It's been 3 weeks and no one answers.on the 14.09 I wrote the support again and they didn't even know what I am talking about!

Could you please confirm if you passed the full KYC verification?

Have you made any successful withdrawals from this casino before?

In one of the screenshots you provided us with, there is a pop-up showing the error: player blocked. Do I understand correctly that you are able to log into your account but you are unable to spend your balance on any casino games or sporting events? Have you sent the screenshot of this error to customer support as well?
