My name is Mikael P******** and I have a complaint against the online casino Cashalot. I won 600 Euro there and the problems started when I tried to withdraw it.


They needed verification so I provided them with a driver's license photo, my rent receipt, my credit card photo. They never seemed to be satisfied. Well, after many rounds of back and forth, I finally got approved.

I requested a withdrawal of 600 Euro to my credit card and it was approved. Then nothing happened for 5 days. I contacted their chat and then suddenly I got an email saying "oh there's a problem with your credit card, you need to choose another way to withdraw your money"
