Hello, I received an email. It says I get 200% and 500 € on my account. The casino claims, however, that it should mean that you get up to € 500. But the mail clearly says a € 500 gift! AND you get € 500 in your account.

It means that the maximum bonus that you could receive with your first deposit is 200% up to €500. In other words, if you deposit more than €250, the maximum still is €500.
