Hi,


my withdrawal is taking more than 14 days already.

Usually it took maximum 7 days in the past, but this time the waiting time is much longer.

The live chat can't help me as they give the same answer over and over again (withdrawal is processed and the finance department is working on it).


I hope you can help me once more, thanks in advance casino guru team🙂
