The player from California had requested a withdrawal a month ago after successful account verification, but the payment had not been processed. Even after multiple attempts to contact the casino, he had not received any response. The player had had some winnings paid out in the past, but that time, he received only a part of his withdrawal without any explanation. Later the player asked us to close the complaint, and we obliged.

I dep on this site,I played awhile and cashed out my winnings.I sent my docs in not 1 time but 3 times.Now they say my account is verified for payment.But this was 1 week ago.I keep sending emails and hear nothing from them.they are ruining my x-mas as I don't have money till the 3rd of January. IF u guys can help,that be nice as I'm getting no where.

I won here awhile back and did get some but not all my winnings.They had my docs from that time.The winnings where on a bonus code with no max cashout.I do know that either way,I'm not going to dep here again

Hello,I just got 240.00 from the site.No idea why I didn't get it all?No email telling me why.So if this is all I can do.The we can close the case.But if u can find out why I got less then my cashout

Could you please specify how much you deposited in the casino? Was the bonus you received 'non-cashable'? (with the initial amount of the bonus removed upon withdrawal)
