Ich habe bin verifiziert da ich schon mal Gewinne erzielt habe vor langer Zeit. Habe nun 2720 gewonnen die können nur in 500 Euro Beträge ausgezahlt werden max 3 Anträge gleichzeitig ok Kein Problem aber wenn man den Chat kontaktiert erstmal kommen nur kopierte Texte wie von roboter und nur Aussage gedulden eine Email kommt von der Finanzabteilung die eine Kollegin sagte es sei in Bearbeitung der andere später nein gedulden keine Infos nichts

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawals approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive them.

I didn't have a bonus, just real money and the payout was verified on 6/6/22 because I've already paid out money last year and it was all done in a few hours
