casino advertises several deposit and withdrawal methods but I am not offered any other than bank transfer and has a minimum withdrawal limit of 100 €. Why can't I use withdrawals other than that one bank transfer?

The fact that there is a minimum deposit limit of 20 € and a withdrawal limit of 100 € for the same method is in itself a reason that such a casino cannot be considered reputable.

From what you are telling, it looks like Finland is not one of the countries this casino is targeting. From the image below, you can see that they offer 27 payment methods, and for most of them, the withdrawal limit is set to 20€. Some of them are nordic (Nordea, S-Pankki). Did you ask the support why you are able only to choose the bank transfer withdrawal?
