I was on a winning streak in African Quest and 3 Carts of Gold. They were hot, and I was winning well over 1300$. I made a withdrawal request for 1000$ and went back to play. First, I got an error message on 3 Carts of Gold, and then the game disappeared and was no longer an option. It is a Playson game. Then I immediately went to Microgaming to play African Quest, but I got error message, and then it disappeared. Both games are no longer accessible for the last 48 hours. They claimed it was "maintenance," which is a blatant lie.

I am not a disgruntled player; I am a client who is a victim of game manipulation at this casino. I am absolutely baffled that they could get away with this. Both games were hot, giving erroneous messages right after my withdrawal request and now neither game is available. I want them to be held accountable. I estimate potential wins of well over 5000$ however that is what they owe me.

The first time it happened on 3 Carts of Gold, I immediately informed the casino and they did not respond until some time later claiming "maintenance" on a game. A blatant lie.

The game reappeared 2 days later. I played and won a decent amount again, and again...the game suddenly disappeared again and didnt return. Then African Quest. Same thing. I amassed well over 600$ and the game closed and disappeared. I want the casino to pay and for your review to reflect this illegal and unethical practice.

My dispute isnt the 1000$ withdrawal, it is the 5000$. This casino removed games on a paying streak withing minutes. This is corrupt and this casino should be blacklisted!!

Seeing as how you are as corrupt as the casino, close the complaint and submit my review. Other users must be warned of the scam, even if you guys pretend that these casinos are not corrupt. You are just as accountable for the thievery and scam as the casinos and I hope one day you are held accountable for your fake reviews.
