I want to make this complaint, because casino use scam scheme.

You made deposit and receive bonus. I made deposit 15 ltc. then i started play, and won about 230 ltc with all wager. My bet was 20 usd. But then when i tryed to make withdraw, all winnings was cutted to my deposit amount. Reason was that limit for bet are 5 usd. I understand that i broke the rule about my bet. But casino give me reason (And i think are happy to cut my huge winning amount). But casino give me opportunity to make this bet, with largest amount and then cut all winings. I can not see any message that my bet has wrong amount or something like this... I think this is scam scheme. Please look into it!

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience. I checked the casino's Bonus Terms and Conditions and found the following rules:

Article 2.3
"Irregular play" includes, but is not limited to, any one of the following types of play:
●     Placing single bets in excess of 10% of the value of the bonus credited to your account until such time as the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met unless otherwise stated. For example, if you received a bonus of 20.000uBTC, then the maximum bet that can be placed is 2000 uBTC The 10% rule does not apply if the bet size is less than 200uBTC
Article 2.4
"Promotional abuse includes, but is not limited to, any one of the following types of play:
(...)
●     Playing with a bet of more than 5$ or equivalent amount is considered opportunistic betting with an active deposit bonus and we reserve the right to cancel any such winnings.

Our position is closely explained in Fair Gambling Codex. The max bet rule is, in fact, an industry standard, just as the fact that a casino has the right to seize the player's winnings from bonus play after breaking this rule. We prefer not to go against industry standards by penalizing casinos that use the maximum bet rule against players from time to time.

I received bonus. bonus 120% from 15 ltc. I thinking that i have only 10% from bonus amount. It is more that 20 usd... If you think that it is okay, that casino give chanse to play with highest amount...

If it is okay to use this scheme.. okay.... i can not do something, like i said, i understand that i broke this rule...

I understand your frustration and of course, we would like to see casinos implementing systems that would prevent players from placing higher than allowed bets, but, unfortunately, this is not standard practice yet. You were not stopped or blocked when you decided to increase your bet, and, as a result, you breached the maximum bet rule.

Sadly, there is not much I can do to support your case at this time. I would strongly recommend reading all the T&Cs carefully before you start playing to avoid any misunderstandings in the future. Casinos try to design their bonuses to be as attractive as possible, but the rules must always be followed. We would really like to help, but it is impossible for us this time.
