Opinion:
BSpin.io is a favorable casino with a fair and responsive customer support staff. Don’t expect anything free from live chat, but you can count on receiving what is rightfully yours.
Deposits can vary on the arrival time for use in a player account, but throughout the past year, I personally never experienced any issues with deposits or withdrawals. HUGE PLUS!
BUT…BEWARE- Withdrawals come with a transaction fee, or "withdrawal fee" as stated by BSpin.io. This is deducted from your account prior to receiving any winnings from a withdrawal.
The VIP/Loyalty program needs a HUGE overhaul. For the social/weekend lower budget gambler, don’t expect to buy a hamburger with any cash back you receive from your deposits. Your loyalty level will decide the percentage of cash back you receive for deposits. I have been playing at BSpin.io for a little over a year as a weekend/low budget ($100 deposit), and my level is 3.5. I receive 4% cash back for deposits. So, simply put, $4 cash back for $100 deposited. If my deposits are lower, which more often than not they range in the $40-$50 area, the 4% does not stretch too far.
A deposit often comes with the opportunity to collect 20 free spins. Yes, I said collect, because you have to manually collect 4 separate batches of 5 spins, every 45 minutes. After all 20 spins have been collected, which should take approximately 3 hours according to the time listed on the website and ONLY if you collect them manually every 45 minutes, the spins can be used on only 3-4 very outdated and low payout slots.
