The player from Canada has been accused of breaching bonus terms by placing single bets greater than the allowed ones. After a closer examination, we ended up rejecting this complaint as unjustified.
I made a deposit and after winning $7620.00 I made sure to complete the wagering requirements and tried to withdraw $6500 only to be told that they canceled my withdrawal and voided my winnings. Scamming fraudsters

2. Equal, zero or low margin betting
3. Betting on a non-slots game, such as a table or card game
4. Betting more than €4 per spin or 10% of the received bonus amount (the smaller of the two) on a slot game
5. Betting on non-allowed games (Please see "Non-Allowed Games" for list of non-allowed games)
6. Using a ‘feature buy’ or Buy Pass function within a game
If, on review of your wagering activities, it is found that you have performed one of the above, your winnings will be removed."
I understood from your game history that you have raised your bets over this limit several times. Do you agree with this statement?
We would like to see casinos implementing systems that would prevent players from placing higher than allowed bets, but, unfortunately, this is not standard practice yet. You were not stopped or blocked when you decided to increase your bet, and, as a result, you breached the maximum bet rule.

Well how was I supposed to know that. And why would they allow bet higher than the allowed bets
I understand your frustration, Michael. However, if you are aware of placing higher bets than the allowed ones, sadly, there is not much we can do to support your case at this time. I would strongly recommend reading all the T&Cs carefully before you start playing to avoid any misunderstandings in the future. Casinos try to design their bonuses to be as attractive as possible, but the rules must always be followed.

Well if it's not allowed then why do you allow this to happen? Seems like a very shady thing to do. I get it you don't want to make these payout for winnings and you'd rather just basically rob people for their money. It's shameful and I'd be embarrassed as a "legitimate" casino. You've lost a paying player for life
