Hello I want to make complain about this casino because I make deposit over 10k euro until now and every time when I ask about bonus is not possible..when I ask about manager Theo is not possible,,I send email every day but I don't get answer. Is not fair for me really..I deserve bonuses because I make deposit a lot of money. Every week I make deposit and I don't win nothing

Please understand, that we can’t penalize the casino for taking away your privilege of receiving further bonuses or for not awarding you with any bonuses at all. Casinos, in general, have a right to restrict or even close players’ accounts if they suspect irregular play or other questionable activities or without any reason.

Casinos are not obligated to reward their players with bonuses and bonus privileges can be limited or revoked at any time without further notice.

I understand that this is not the explanation that you've been looking for but on a positive note, playing without an active bonus brings fewer restrictions and usually no limits when it comes to maximum bets and cashouts.

Hello. I understand what you said. But my problem is: I make deposit until now over 10k euro and when I ask about bonus is not possible..I send emails every day to try to talk with manager but nobody don't answer...I make a lot of money deposit and I ask about upgrade my account..I don't receive answer!! Is inadmissible to make deposit over 10k euro and they don't want to upgrade my account or to give me one bonus something

I wish I could be of more help but as I mentioned earlier, we can't force the casino to issue bonuses to their players.
