However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

Hello, it's already been 8days.


I verified via sumsub which was their KYC partner and I've got once again asked to submit some documents when I requested my funds.


They guaranteed it was gonna be like 5 days at most and then they asked for another document, my full bank statement, I've been told it's another 5 business days for that.

Hello, the withdrawal issue was resolved.


I also got some feedback from the regulator that's supposedly is responsible for this site. (That Would be gaming Curacao).

It's the same Casino, only it is completely missing the reference to the validator.
