This is a very bad casino, they advertise their welcome bonus a lot, offering a 120% bonus plus 80 free spins, but they don't give any free spins. You make the deposit you only receive the bonus when you contact them in the chat they ask you to play the bonus first then you play the bonus and ask for the free spins they say you are not entitled to the free spins because you lost your balance. This is a big cheat because after all if I win they give me the free spins to prevent me from making a withdrawal request. Unfair rule to lead to loss of winnings. When I received this response I closed my account and I do not recommend playing at this casino. Complicated bonus offer. I say this based on the experience I had today. I have played in many casinos and have never seen this before.

I have an open case with the casino as the deposit limit set didn't work and they have been stalling me for 40 days now. You only get the standard answer that you should wait, but the case has not been resolved.
I set a deposit limit of €200 for 30 days, which didn't work. According to their own terms and conditions, a limit can only be changed after 24 hours at the earliest. The limit can be reduced immediately, and the limit can be increased after 24 hours at the earliest. I was able to increase my limit again a few minutes later and deposit €600 more than the limit I had set. I was able to raise and lower the limit multiple times in a row and deposit as much as I wanted, I even have a video of it to show that what I'm saying is true.
They have now contacted me to tell me that although you can set a limit, you can change it immediately. That would be normal. What do you have deposit limits for if they don't work at all. This is totally unfair and has nothing to do with responsible gaming limits that they advertise on their site. To make matters worse, they would also need 40 days to give me this ridiculous answer. AN IMPUDENCE!!!

Ich konnte das Limit direkt hintereinander mehrmals hoch und runter setzen und somit einzahlen so viel ich wollte, ich habe sogar ein Video davon, um zu zeigen, dass es stimmt, was ich behaupte.
Sie haben sich nun gemeldet, um mir mitzuteilen,dass man zwar ein Limit einstellen,es aber sofort wieder ändern kann. Das wäre normal so. I made a few 50 euro deposits up to a total of 250 via skrill, without bonus.
Had a few great hits and ended up with 2000 euros.
I Instantly opened live chat and asked to direct me to verify account which the assistant was a bit hesitant to do and she assured me that verification is not needed unless the security team asks etc.
Nonetheless i asked to verify and she gave me the instructions, i sent all the data via mail (even utility bill which they didn't ask for)
You can't withdraw more than your first deposit during the first 24 hours so i didn't bother with it.
Considering the reviews i read here and the fact that according to them verification takes around 5 business days i thought it's a definite scam but i decided to give it a shot anyway.
I withdrew 500 euros after the 24hour restriction was over and to my surprise it arrived on skrill account around 3-4 hours later!
Then i withdrew all the rest 1500 (5% fee though)
All the money was in my skrill account after another 3-4 hours and on my bank account the next morning.
Either i'm lucky or you guys are doing something wrong with your withdrawals.
In my opinion, if you're gonna play on a curacao licenced casino use only Skrill.
