I have 6000 waiting to ve withdrawing everytime i make a withdrawel its been returned and when i talk to support im getting auto replies ..i have sent all documents to be verified and its a nightmare trying to get it verified

Yes i tried for 2000 this morning asked chat will my withdrawl go through and they said unfortunly not that it will be returned to my account as it would go through till account is verifed ..this is going on since thursday and nearly lost my winnings and then friday asked for documments which i sent and getting nothing but prerecorded texts back ..but did say it could take up to 5 days . I did everything they asked me for ..

Also used to ve with there other site and never had to verify my account at casinoin and paid within the 3hrs

Thank you very much for your reply, bigmick81. Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

Therefore, I would recommend that we wait for a few more days. I will keep this complaint opened and if there is no development within a week, we will intervene. Please, keep us updated in the meantime.

Update ..still unable to withdraw any more . Have a sepa payment of 1000 expected to come by tomorrow ..but still trying to withdraw 4000..there saying there is maintance going on this fix the problem and cant give time frame but no problem with there deposits and expecting sepa to be credit back to my account ..this bongo casino are a absolute nightmare to deal with

Bongo cant give me a time frame but said it will be shortly and when i asked about my sepa payment of 1000 would it be returned to my account they said yes

Ok the issue im having is fustrating they waited a week to verify my account and release 2000 when i tried another 2000 came back to my account i got into chat and was told not to worry that issue is with the withdrael side and will be fixed asap ..in the mean time i request sepa of a 1000 which is due today and still unable to withdraw from neteller and its now four days and still nothing from them
