I was playing in the casino and after 1000 euro deposits i ended up with 1200 euro so i requested a 500 euro withdraw which was paid quickly as they promise, the next day i requested another 500 euro withdraw but it was canceled 2 days in the row without explanation, after i asked they rold me that i need ro verify my account, i sended all the documents and the email i got was saying it may take up to 5 days, its been over one week and keep contacting with them but they tell me only to wait, so this is where i need your help casino guru to speed up the process please, my deposit and withdraws are done with bnb crypto.

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.
