Bongo Casino site is down and has my money. Suddenly I can't get to the site anymore and I want my money back. The advice was bad and not competent when I asked questions about players from Switzerland.
I feel embarrassed, the casino has a responsibility to customers. So I want my money back of € 86. However, I cannot reach the casino directly there. Please help with this!

Since you have filed this complaint a few hours ago, could you please advise if the issue is persisting? Additionally, please forward any relevant screenshots. This issue might be caused by playing on one device, not logging out properly, and starting another session on a different device. Could you please advise if you’re experiencing difficulties accessing your account or the entire website seems to be offline?
