I make a deposit of RM1K into the account and manage to win to RM11,924. And I make withdrawal request of RM11K and was rejected. Immediately i contacted the customer service through chat and was informed that they suspected suspicious and abnormal on my bettings. My account was suspended forever immediately and i was unable to login to the account. I asked for proofs but the customer service said that all the checking and verification was done by professional team and it is private and confidential and will not disclosed it. And I was only refunded of RM1K for my initial deposit.

It was so unfair to me without concrete proofs and left me dumb and blank. It is so simple that the casino just can give this kind of reasons when customer started to win quite a sum of money and customer has no say on this and suspended immediately. I thought this boda8 casino was a reliable casino. It is so unfair and was given a good rating of 7.3. Sigh...

Thanks for reviewing my case.

Im playing in a live casino, Asia Gaming , baccarat games.

Im a verified player. If im not mistaken, I have make withdrawal of RM370 for the first time only. After that, I have never win and mostly lost all the money in this Asia Gaming baccarat games.

Im feeling this is so unfair that they can easily said it is suspicious and I have no said on this when i contacted the customer service. Keep on saying that the case is closed that im violate the rules. But the thing is I have never did it and my account was banned immediately after they rejected my withdrawal of RM11k.

After 30min of withdrawal request, I received msg that it was rejected. To me it is so unfair just 30min as claimed by the casino that it was reviewed, verified and completed checking by the professional team. And I cant login into my account anymore. Which left me without any details because i have never thought that this will happen to me. And immediately the customer service said that the casino refunded my initial amount of RM1K into my account and closed it. And he replied I will never get the other RM10K of my winnings and no point to keep on asking for further checking and talking to the management.

Now i was even blocked for the customer service chat after i have send numerous questions because im not satisfy with their decision which I being accussed of doing suspicious and abnormal bets that i have never did it.

After searching through internet, I manage to find casino guru and asking for the help in this matter. I hope you can solved my problem.

Unfortunatelly they didn't provide any other information or proof. Because there is no evidence, we cannot evaluate the situation. In such cases, the best is to contact the casino regulator.

The message should contain:


1) personal information:

name (your first name, your last name and the middle name if you have it)


your country of residence


your age


2) Complaint body must include:

casino name


your login (username) and email in an online casino (with which you had registered the account)

then describe what has happened as thoroughly as possible (including the sum of money you are challenging + link on this complaint)


3) Attach to the email files (screenshot images or email correspondence) that prove you have already tried to resolve the problem with the casino.


Let us know when you file the complaint: we will close the complaint as waiting for the regulators' decision, and we will reopen the complaint when the regulator responds or after three months (unfortunately, it may take some time till they process your complaint)

Hi Matej,

Since the first day im playing in the Boda casino, I always played alone at home using my hp (mobile data) and I have never applied for their any bonuses. I never took advantages of their bonuses because the turnover is very high ×35 times( if im not mistaken). And even they offered up to 100% of the deposit, i just ignored it. I only get the daily rebate from casino and according to them this rebate can be withdraw immediately without turnover.

My questions here is I just couldnt understand why they accused me im cooperate with other players to cheat the casino

I mean what is the advantages i can get since it is against the terms and conditions and it will bring trouble to me later.

And all this while im just betted in either one - Player or Banker and occasionally Pairs and Ties .

And FYI, Im just lucky in that day because it happened that there is a long Player ( 3 rows continuous up to max of 9 times of each row).

And there is a lot of pairs during that time. I still remembered i betted on Perfect pairs (x25) and also normal any pairs (x5) and there was lots of pairs that time that make me shocked too. This make my winning fast and the cards were very nice that time.

So my money increased from RM1K up to RM11,924 during the continuos long players and pairs as well.

Immediately i stopped betting after this and requested for withdrawal and i was banned immediately on the spot.

I mean you can request the history of betting from the casino because i couldnt access to it anymore.

And I also would like them to show me proofs of what the casino claimed as abnormal bettings and who im cooperate with.

Is it this long players ( up to max 9 times per row ( 3 rows at that time) is considered as abnormal?) It can happened any times at any casino too.

So far, I just make 2 withdrawal since i joined this casino. 1st is the RM370 and this is the second time RM11K.

I have make several RM1K per deposit but mostly I lost it too. Ans can i claimed that the casino is cheating cos i never win and make withdrawal? So i feel im being treated unfairly and badly by the casino.

Pls help me on this. Thanks.

Casino blocked my account and believes that I play in collaboration with other players. I disagree and think they want to scam me and not pay my legitimate winnings.

The replied is the casino was not authorized to use their licence.

It could lead to the same thing. Unfortunatelly some casinos are using fake licenses to scam the players.


I will contact the casino via Skype again, and hopefully, I will get some answers.


Unfortunatelly for unlicensed casinos, there is no institution which can help.

Likely, their second license mentioned on the website is also fake. In such a case, there is nothing you can do. There is a way to get the deposits back, but this has already happened. All we can do is publish your complaint as unresolved, which will decrease the casino rating even more. I am very sorry.

Is there a way for us to negotiate with the casino to get some of my winnings because I didnt violate their rules? They purposely said the player violating their rules and can escape from paying the winning moneywhich is unfair.

If the casino didnt pay the winnings ,the casino is cheating. Should have rating even lesser 1 rating.

Unfortunatelly the casino is non-responsive to our messages. Because their license is faked, there is no licensing authority which can help you. In this situation, we are closing the complaint as unresolved, which will negatively impact on casino's rating.
