I requested a withdrawal of exactly 2000€ on 15.07.2023 because that is the maximum amount one can withdraw per week. (which is already rather low).


Today is the 24.07.2023 and I still haven't recieved my money. I believe I have contacted Live Chat about 5 times and have written 2 separate emails. My account has been verified for quite some time. Naturally, I keep getting the copy paste answers through live chat... they keep telling me to be patient and that a bank withdrawal could take a few business days.


But 10 days????? My withdrawal hasn't even been processed yet, I can still cancel it... perhaps this is the casino's hope.


It's always sad when you have to wait so long for your money... and we're not talking about a small amount here. Normally, I'm not accustomed to such behavior from Hollycorn N.V since I prefer to use these casinos. But the way things are going on here is quite outrageous, in my opinion.


So here's a little tip from me to all those considering depositing money there... prepare yourselves to either never receive your payout or end up waiting for 20 days.
