The player from India has been trying to complete the KYC process and has submitted the requested bank statement showing the deposit. Despite 10 attempts, his verification is continuously rejected. The player used a payment method that was not in his name, so we had to reject the complaint.

I am trying to complete the KYC. They are asking for a bank statement showing the deposit. I have submitted all the required documents. But verification is getting rejected, i tried at leat 10 times but not resolved


It was rejected. Now I've been trying to get in contact with them for the last 5 days and no answer.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. 

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process. 

Could you please advise which documents you have already provided and when exactly did you send the last one? Have you provided all the required documents as soon as possible and in the correct format?

I have uploaded all the different bank statements through which i have deposited in the blue chip casino and my identity proof and the bank debit card as well. I am doing this from past 5 days and done today as well

All the docs was in PDF as required by the casino

Thank you for providing me with the documents. I have checked the BlueChip Casino's Terms and Conditions and this is what I found:

5.1.8 The credit/debit card or any other payment method that you use to top up your account   balance belongs to you, is not stolen, and has not been lost by another person. Company reserves the right to close your account and void any winnings in case of a reasonable suspicion that you have violated this warranty.

You wrote in your email that you used your wife's bank account for making deposits at the casino. Is your wife the sole owner of the bank account, or is it a joint account that both of you officially own?

Yes, my wife is the sole owner of the bank account.

But i have also used my personal bank account to deposit around 40K from june 2022 to July 2022

Please bear in mind that using a third-party payment method without the prior consent of the casino is a serious breach of the Terms and Conditions. I'm sorry but there is nothing we can do to assist you in this case. Therefore, this complaint will now be rejected.
