I have deposited an amount of Rs 500 into my bluechip account on 21Feb,2023 but till now I haven't received into my account. I have submitted my queries to 4-5 customer care showing proof of my bank statement but I get same replies from everyone saying my issues is being processed kindly wait for 2-3 hours but it's been more than 19-20 hours but till now it is not credited. As a student even Rs 500 is very important for us. I invested in bluechip casino so that through this I can earn some pocket money and be independent myself without troubling our parents. Therefore I request you to kindly loook into my matter . Thankyou.

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that might take up to one month approximately. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied. I would also strongly recommend against depositing any more funds until the issue is resolved.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

I have already contacted payment provider regarding the money and they said the payment process was successfully credited to recepient account so kindly contact and confirm from recepient since from their side they have already credited the money to the recepient account . And I have proof as well about payment transaction of money to the mobile number which bluechip casino webpage have provided and I have written a complaint to customer care regarding the delay of amount to my bluechip casino account but they are copy pasting same reply saying my issue is still processing so kindly wait for some time and even they are not sure when my money will be credited to my bluechip casino account. So my question is if even the customer is not sure when my money will be credited to my account then whom shall we approach and share our grieviences. But I hope Mr Thomas you will help me out by solving my problem at the earliest time. Thankyou
