I deposited 1500 INR on yesterday night but it didn't reflect on my casino account. I also made a complaint on customer support about my missing deposit with Payment receipt and screenshot. They told me to wait until the financial department reviews it . It's been more than 14 hours they are ( fooling) telling me to wait . Still no response from their side .

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied. 

I’m sorry that we couldn’t be of much help at this time. I will leave this complaint open for a month and kindly ask you to keep us updated. Thank you very much for your understanding.

see the screenshot, payment is made successfully. Still they did not credited my deposit. I have everything as proof. I have already provided them what they asked me for .

They asked me to send the screenshot of Transaction ID with name of the reciver. I sent them the screenshots & I also confirmed through my bank executive that the payment of RS 1500 INR was successfully transferred to receiver account i.e ( Casino account ) . The casino customer support is still telling me to wait until the case is resolved. Every new customer agent comes and asks for screenshot & i provide them , in the end they end the chat with " wait until your case is resolved by our financial department" .
