I joined casino yesterday and had one withdrawal which came within an hour which was great. I then deposited this morning and had a withdrawal for 500 euro rejected 3 times. They wanted bank details which I sent on to them which they rejected. I asked to close mu a count as I didn't want to spend my winnings. I spoke to support staff and they said they have requested a refund but won't tell me how much for. My account was fully verified yesterday and proof of deposit was also verified yesterday

Do I understand correctly that after the casino rejected your bank statements, you were able to submit the necessary documents and complete account verification? Did the casino inform you they will pay you your winnings or not? What reason did you give the casino support when requesting they close your account?
