Consequently, we were unable to assist her further and the complaint was rejected.

Im very mad at this casino, I won 4036 euro long time ago and they didnt verify my account. I sent my passport , proof of address and proof of deposit.


After they asked for more documents like 3 month bank statement , and i gave it to them.


After they asked for copy of a payslip/ employer confirming salary. I told them im not employed and spoke with them on chat support, they said they understood the situation and its all good and to make a withdrawal. I did this 2 times and they declined it. I really dont know what to do in order to get my money

Thank you very much for submitting this complaint. I'm sorry to hear about your problem. I have checked the casino's Terms and Conditions regarding KYC verification and this is what I found:

2. List of required documents in order for players to pass verification process:
Photo of an identity document
Photo or screenshot of the payment system
Photo or screenshot of a document confirming the current address of residence (not older than 3 months)
3. In some cases we require additional proof - proof of funds (to make sure player uses his/her own money when gamble at our site)
9. Additional documents:
Selfies with an identity document
Proof of wealth: a document confirming the welfare of the player. 
Proof of funds: a document confirming the receipt of funds to the payment system.

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures.

Since you are not employed, do you have any invoices or other documents showing the origin of the money you used for depositing to the casino?

Have you also uploaded a copy of the tax return annual statement to your casino profile as requested?

Hello,


I sent to the casino already photo of identity document, proof of address document, selfie with my document, the transcation of my deposit ( showing its made by me).


The tax return annual statement i cannot send because im not employed, all my money are from parents and what I saved during those years.


The deposit, as i said before, I ve already sent a screenshot of the transaaction, its made from a crypto wallet, with money I received from a friend, because I dont really know how to use an exchange.


So, in conclusion, I sent all the documents needed, but they do not comunicate with me, chat support just say everytime to upload the documents , but I explained to them and seemed to not care about my situation.


I really want the money, a lot of time passed since I won and its really frustrating.

My money that I have in general comes only from my parents.


When I deposited at BizzoCasino a friend helped me swap my money into crypto.
